We’ll see you in Q3 of 2024!

Hi there! 👋 I'm Erin Ruddy, and I want to improve the quality of your life.

At Winston-Salem Massage & Bodywork, my mission is to get your body feeling its best.

About Me

Erin Ruddy is the owner of Winston Salem Massage and Bodywork, where she brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to each therapy session.

Her understanding of the body is enriched by her background as a personal trainer, former college soccer player and avid crossfitter.

As a mom of three, Erin intimately understands the physical toll that daily life and competitive sports exert on the body. She brings this empathy and insight to her work, offering care that is informed not only by professional training but also by personal experiences.

Her mission is to foster wellness and balance, helping each client achieve their personal health and performance goals through specialized massage and bodywork treatments.

Listen to your body! It’s easy to ignore aches and pains, but your body is always trying to tell you something. Taking care of those little issues early on can prevent bigger problems down the road.

The interconnectedness of the body always amazes me—how tension in one area can affect another part of the body. It’s a reminder that everything in our bodies is linked, which is why a holistic approach is so important.

I love a good workout and a massage 😂
